Our online store is open to wholesale customers only and there is no minimum order requirement.

Shipping

MARONIE ships from Los Angeles, CA within 2 business days of your order date. All orders placed on a business day before 10:00 am PST will ship the same day. Depending on the shipping method you selected, your package will arrive from 1–10 days of the date it was shipped.Orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Returns

*All returned boxes/items without RA approval will not be accepted and will be returned

at buyer’s expense.Please write RA number on the outside of returned box.

*When the buyer receives the merchandise, it is his/her responsibility to check all the contents.

All requestsfor returns or claims of damage must be submitted via email (maronie@labizsale.com)or fax (213-973-5132).

*Requests for returns are accepted within 5 business days upon confirmed date of receipt of deliveryand the buyermust obtain a return authorization (RA) number. RA number is valid for 7 business daysfrom the date of issue and will expire after. We are not responsible for any items returned without a valid RA number.

*After 5 business days upon confirmed date of receipt of delivery, no RA will be issued under any circumstances.It is a customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the merchandise upon receipt.

*There are no refunds. Irregulars and damages only merchandise exchanges or store credit maybe issued.

*UPS return labels will only be issued for damaged claims or mistakes on our part.

 *Reporting a false claim will result in refusal for future business with MARONIE.
